Cancellations and money refund
Cancellation and refund of money:
Total refund of the money for Cancellation:
100% money will be returned only if the cancellation is made 26 days or more before the start of the multi-day Tour or Vacation (According to the law in Colombia, you have 5 days after paying for the Tour or event to cancel and request The money refund).
Hikes for hours or for a day:
At least 72 hours before the tour date, 100% of the money will be returned. If it is done after 72 hours the money will not be returned.
Night Tours:
At least 72 hours before the tour date, 100% of the money will be returned. If it is done after 72 hours, the money will not be refunded.

Multi-day tours that include hotels, entrance tickets, tourist guide, snacks and soft drinks, transportation to and from return:

You cannot cancel if you pay within the minimum period of 21 days (3 weeks). This experience is non-refundable. If you ask for a refund, the money will not be returned
In the case of services of Hotelería without other services:
It can only be canceled 5 days after making the payment, in accordance with Colombian legislation.
The general cancellation conditions can only be made with only Travelers Tour SAS, as the purchase was offered on the website and indicated in each tour or excursion, _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_these are shown at the time of booking. Some rates or special offers do not allow changes or cancellations.

Said conditions and consequences of the cancellation, , will be duly informed to the users and passengers in each specific case, as long as they comply with the conditions established in each case, which are described in each Tour or in hotel sales conditions.
In case of cancellation of air tickets, the regulations of the airlines and the competent organizations (IATA) will be observed. In the case of charter operations, vehicle transport, the cancellation clauses are those applied by the intervening operator.
The user will abide by the conditions imposed and previously informed by the operator.
4- Money back
Only Travelers Tour Sas, must return money to the consumer, according to the conditions and deductions that may apply, with each operator and may not exceed thirty (30) calendar days from the moment in which the right was exercised.

Reasons of force majeure:
Solo Travelers Tour SAS, will be exempt from contracted obligations in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event such as accidents, strikes, riots, earthquakes, climatic or natural phenomena, security conditions, political factors, denial of entry permits, health issues and/or any other circumstance beyond the control of the company, such as accidents, mechanical difficulties, damage to the aircraft(s), adverse weather conditions.
Solo Travelers Tour SAS, will not be responsible for legal matters or other inconveniences in which the user may be involved, including immigration matters, investigations or requirements of authorities. In the event that the user is forced to withdraw from the excursion for such reasons, Solo Travelers Tour SAS, will not assume responsibility for personal expenses incurred by the passenger.
Solo Travelers Tour SAS, reserves the right to remove from the tour whoever incurs in conduct that threatens the completion of the trip, legal problems and other causes not attributable and Solo Travelers Tour SAS, will be exempt of the contracted obligations.
In the event that the user is forced to withdraw from the excursion for such reasons, Solo Travelers Tour SAS will not assume responsibility for the personal expenses incurred by the passenger.
Solo Travelers Tour SAS reserves the right to make changes to the contracted tourist plan or service in events of force majeure or fortuitous event, without requiring user acceptance.
Health and Vaccines
Mandatory health and disinfection in Colombia
Vaccination and Health Precautions:
Get the yellow fever vaccine.
Our recommendation is also to apply a tetanus vaccine if the traveler visits nature and adventure areas.
Bring an Electronic Mosquito Sound Armband for travelers visiting nature and adventure areas.
Coronavirus:
Be vaccinated with the doses required for each vaccine. (Bring the vaccination card)
Plugs mask any day and night activity.
Use antibacterial gel, which will be carried by the tour guide.
Wash your hands, after each activity and every 3 hours maximum.

Clothes and Luggage necessary for vacations in Colombia
Necessary clothing and luggage to travel to Colombia
Colombia has many ecosystems, which you can consult in the information about Colombia. We quickly go from a cold zone, to a hot zone, to a humid zone.
Our excursions include hot springs, rivers, waterfalls and lakes, so it is necessary to have the appropriate clothing for it.
The backpack will be for daily use and must always be carried, the plastic cape, the umbrella, the bottle of water, the glasses to watch birds, the swimsuit, the bathing cap, the ultra-compact microfiber towel and the flip flops. We will also bring some fruits and some snacks to eat, during the tours.

Airport pick up and drop off
All tours of several days and vacations, have the service of pick up and drop off at the airport.
Conditions:
Travelers arriving on the same day of the Tour:
Pickup 6 am at the airport or Hotel
Tourists must be in Bogotá before 6 am or 7 am when they arrive on the same day of the Tour. Take this time into account to schedule your flights to Colombia.
If they arrive a day before, they must indicate the time of arrival
in writing to pick them up at the airport.
Travelers who return the same day of completion of the Tour:
They will be taken back to the airport at 7 pm
They must schedule their return flights with the time required by each airline, taking into account the time of return to the Airport.
If the Tourist wants to add a stay at the hotel, he must request it in writing, with the needs of Day or Night Tours and transportation to the airport and Medical Assistance Insurance.
If the Tourist wishes to carry out other Tours with our Company, he must notify in advance to include the Tour and additional day or days of hotels and the insurance corresponding to his dates of stay in Colombia.
